Election Losers, The Partisans: The coyotes were uncharacteristically tickled by the mid-term elections, mainly because independent voters stuck a thumb in the eye of the Republican Party while pushing the Democratic Party back toward the center. Very coyote-like of them. Alas, the coyotes are too wise to expect the two parties to get it and to follow-through with their bipartisan promises, at least with respect to how Congress operates.
